Steven T. Collis, acclaimed for his expertise in civil discourse, is a storyteller at heart. He works as a law professor at the University of Texas School of Law and the faculty director of Texas's Bech-Loughlin First Amendment Center and Law and Religion Clinic. He is a sought-after public speaker and the author of Deep Conviction: True Stories of Ordinary Americans Fighting for the Freedom to Live Their Beliefs. He and his wife have five children and reside in Texas.

Daniel K. Judd served as the first counselor to A. Roger Merrill in the Sunday School General Presidency from 2004 to 2009. Former dean of BYU's Department of Religious Education, he also previously chaired BYU's Ancient Scripture Department. Throughout his career, Daniel has been dedicated to enriching religious education and leadership, making significant contributions to both the academic and faith communities.
