Shelly Locke is a former Young Mother of the Year for Utah, a motherhood documentary producer with seven years of higher education on the subject of mother-child relationships, an international speaker on the value of motherhood for over ten years addressing policymakers, NGO leaders, and mothers. Her family’s nonprofit organization, Heart of the World Foundation, gathers and distributes humanitarian aid to mothers and children around the world.
